Providing Everything You Need for a Comfortable Living Experience
It is required that ALL RESIDENTS be able to perform all of their daily acitivies indpendently. We are NOT an assited living facility. We are ONLY provide shared housing.
Shared Living Spaces
Our homes are a communal space fully furnished with shared living spaces including a living room, dining area, bathroom, outdoor area.
Semi-Private Bedrooms
Each bedroom is fully furnished with two twin beds to ensure that each resident has their own personal space. All bedding will be provided.
On Site Laundry Provided
All residents will have access to a washer and dryer on site. Each resident will have a specified time for washing to make it fair.
Safety and Security
Our homes are a drug and alcohol free environment. We have house rules that all of our residents must follow to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and safe living space. We offer security monitoring along with personal locks on doors to keep your space secure.
All utilities paid
The monthly covers all utilities including wifi. A TV will be provided for shared watching in the living room.
